During 1993, he co-hosted a chat show for a cable station (Wire TV) called "Soap on the Wire". This was a hugely popular Saturday show involving interviewing soap stars (mainly Australian) and taking over 100 live calls. Chris has also worked for the national press, including "A-Z of Soaps" for News of the World. He's made regular television and radio appearances, for example presenting the TV reviews for GMTV, and This Morning, writing soap quizzes for magazines, and more recently, publishing two Coronation Street Quiz books. Chris has had regular spots on GLR and Liberty Radio, and has compiled soap updates for BBC CEEFAX. He's also had a spell on LBC Radio & BBC Radio Cambridgeshire as a soaps & TV Critic. Chris has presented a Soap Quiz for Live TV, and worked as a Supporting Artist working on many films and TV productions, such as Ben Elton's film Maybe Baby, EastEnders and The Bill.
