Lynette's sisters Lydia and Lucy visit Wisteria Lane. While having dinner with Susan and Mike, Bree and Orson realise that they have different views on whether their newborn baby should be circumcised. When Victor confronts Gaby about her affair with Carlos, her dramatic reaction causes a splash. Later, Bree tells Susan that she thinks Mike is a drug addict.
